The LED source is combined in two parts, the center is 200W COB LED can make with single White color or RGBW color, outer circle Led is 12 pieces of 4-in-1 RGBW 12W LED. COB Led is a 55° beam, and outer circle led is a 25° beam. Two parts led are separately controlled. Equipped with high waterproof performance housing, 180° reversible colorful TFT display, and Powercon in & out socket. It is good to be used for stage illumination, fixed installation, or outdoor landscape lighting.

Product Test Process

There are 6 normal steps for the QC control process:
Step 1: All materials passed 100% IQC inspect
Before sending materials to the workshop and starting to produce, our IQC technicians will inspect them.
And only the materials are approved to send to the workshop if they are qualified.
All units lights will
Step 2: at least 48 hours aging test before packing
All unit lights will be 100% QC inspect and takes around 48- 72 hours aging test
Step 3: hang testing
For each batch production, we will select a certain percentage to do hang or rotating test
Step 4: Environment high-temperature testing
we did two parts test for high-temperature testing :
A: testing during the product is still in R & D
B: testing for each batch production
Usually, we test the temperature reach to around 45℃
Step 5: vibration test--simulating transit environment
For each batch production, we will select a certain percentage to test to make sure the goods are safe for transport
Step 6: waterproof testing (only for IP65 lights)
For all waterproof lights, we will do a waterproof test to see can it work fine under the rain
